The house
We started with a simple idea: that coeliacs and non-coeliacs can eat together, completely safely and with all the pleasure.
At MADE there is no “adapted” menu: the whole kitchen works exclusively gluten-free, from the homemade bread to the desserts. The result is contemporary Mediterranean cooking with international touches, where nobody misses a thing.
Matthias, the owner of MADE, and his team welcome you in the dining room, so that every meal is as safe as it is enjoyable.

100% gluten-free
A kitchen dedicated entirely to gluten-free cooking, with no risk of cross-contamination. Homemade bread, croquettes, cocas and even the beer: everything is gluten-free.

Seasonal produce
Fish from the local fish market, vegetables from Alicante market gardens and locally sourced meat, such as grass-fed beef from Polop.

A large terrace overlooking Villajoyosa marina and a calm, cosy dining room for unhurried dinners.

Steak tartare
Hand-cut beef fillet, cured egg yolk and crispy gluten-free crackers.
Tomato coca
Tomato, almonds, capellà torrat and cured fish on our crispy gluten-free flatbread.
Rice of the day
Creamy rice with fish-market seafood, such as prawns and monkfish, to share.
MADE lemon pie
Lemon cream and meringue flambéed to order: the house dessert.

A personal selection: Alicante producers such as Mas de Sella, Casa Agrícola and Giro de Albargues, great names from Ribera, Rioja, Bierzo and Priorat, and a nod to Burgundy, Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Champagne.

Right on Villajoyosa marina, 15 minutes from Benidorm and half an hour from Alicante.
An open-air terrace for long sunny days and a relaxed indoor dining room for winter evenings. Groups and celebrations welcome: just ask.
